We had the most fantastic time at the Thompson Zihuatanejo. This was our third time staying here, and once again it exceeded all expectations. The food was incredible, the location is absolutely beautiful, and the staff were warm, attentive, and made our stay feel truly special. We can’t wait to come back again.
There were honestly no negatives from our time at the Thompson Zihuatanejo. It really is a spectacular place in an equally spectacular location.

Es un hotel de primera clase, estoy muy contento con el mantenimiento y atención que se recibe me gustaría que mejoren en el menú del restaurante y veo elevados los precios con respecto a las porciones.
El precio de la comida en los restaurantes elevado el servicio del taxi al aeropuerto excesivo me gustaría que dieran ese servicio incluido seria un plus. Un precio especial para cliente frecuente me gustaría.
