The team at the Sofitel have been amazing. Everyone is friendly and looking for ways to make the stay a memorable experience. The beds are very comfortable, the buffet breakfast is superb and the views are delightful. We have greatly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be returning again.
"Solid hotel."
We stayed there for 3 nights on our first lag of Vietnam trip. The hotel is fine, however some stuff feels a bit dated. For instance air conditioning system, with old fashioned control panel which makes it really hard to adjust / control. On the other hand, the breakfast is the best I have ever had plus hotel crew is very friendly and helpful. Very good location for sightseeing. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
