We had an amazing dining experience at Zai Restaurant, and a big part of that was thanks to our waiter, Alexander. He was welcoming, attentive, and professional from the moment we sat down. He made excellent recommendations, checked on us regularly without being intrusive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Alexander's friendly attitude and outstanding customer service truly made our visit memorable. If you're dining at Zai, I highly recommend asking for Alexander. We been here for a week and have had exceptional service. Fatima is our concierge and there was not detail that was overlooked. Miguel, the captain, was accommodating and provided us wonderful dinners at Marco Polo. We loved Zai & Ponchos as well. The staff at the spa was great! Carmen & Erika were wonderful! Ramone, Saccoro, Daniel, Mateos, Martin, Omar & Roberto are amazing at what they do and they are familiar happy faces to see when we visit. Thank you to all of them for all of their kindness and service.
