6.0We loved the ocean view from our 7th floor west room, very walkable commute to most places. The one down fall was our room had a musty smell to it, not sure if it was from the room being outdated or the ac unit, or both. friends of ours stayed on the 2nd floor east and their room was more modern and no smell.
Great spot love the view from our balcony and the gorgeous sunrises from our bedroom window. Despite all the Spring Breakers security and sfaff were on it. Elevators were super quick too. Definitely be back.
