9.2We loved the breakfast, the personnel of the entire hotel, the public areas, the bar and the location was perfect. The Antiquities market set up Saturday morning I did hear but thought it was a thunder storm - otherwise very quiet and we always bring sound machines for better sleeping so no problem . Nice robes in the rooms but little hard for us to move around comfortably with our luggage. Next time I will check the square footage, I had assumed the Adagio room would be more spacious.
We would have enjoyed water provided daily for us at no charge.

Breakfast was excellent, self service with the option of eating either inside or out with tea/coffee served to the table Staff were very helpful with the assistant manager Matteo, going over and above expectations to make our stay memorable. Location was perfect right in the center of Lucca..
Hard to find fault with anything relating to our stay in this hotel..
