9.0"Lovely but they could clean the pool area more"
Lovely hotel - lobby and service are impressive. Our Governor's suite was amazing. Pool is not huge but the shape makes it feel more expansive. Seating varies from shade to sun - you have to get out there early to secure your chairs. One thing we noticed is that they do not clean the pool area very often or well. Often there are food, plates, cups, towels, etc left to sit out for long periods of time. Same with the beach. If you want a palapa - reserve early. Restaurants are nice - sushi in the lobby was amazing! Overall we had a wonderful experience and the location was great.

El hotel reune valiosos atributos que invitan a su seleccion para una nueva oportunidad. Lo mas relevante es el contar con una excelente y proxima playa. La disponibildiad de las palapas. La excelente disposicion del personal en playa para atender los requerimientos.
El malestar inicial al no encontrarse disponible la habitacion comprada por booking. Deseabamos una PREMIUM con vista al mar. Adicional se encontraba en mal estado la ducha del baño y el telefono razon por la cual se nos propuso cambio de habitacion. No obstante, estas deficiencias fueron corregidas oportunamente.
