8.4"Saved the day after missed connection"
We had a long delay on our flight into San Juan, which caused us to miss our connecting flight to a different Caribbean island. We only spent the one night at the resort, but the kids really enjoyed it. Lobby, room, pool, and beach all seemed clean. The resort is very convenient for the airport. You can hear the planes, but it doesn’t feel like you’re at an airport hotel. Thanks to the front desk for getting us into a room right away, even though we arrived shortly before the check-in time of 5pm. We really liked the croissants at the cafe in the morning.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was beautiful, very clean, and the food was excellent. My room was always spotless, thanks to Daisy, who did a fantastic job every day. Her attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
