7.6Had an amazing week at this resort. The property is absolutely beautiful the staff was friendly and always helpful. The food was great. If you are looking for a quiet spot with beautiful views this is the place for you! Highly recommend Occidental Papagayo:)
The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. I wish more people spoke English because there were many Americans on the property. I was extremely disappointed with the DJ at the disco! He never played American music, or bothered to take requests for other music that wasn’t Latin music. He was very rude and whispered nasty remarks about the guest. I understood many of his comments and disgusted by his negative behavior while on vacation. My friends said they would never return to the hotel!
