8.8From the moment our family arrived, the front desk staff treated us very well. We were given an early check-in, and I believe they noticed we had a child with a disability and assigned us a better room. The transportation staff was very polite. The pool bar staff provided excellent service, and the waiters at all the restaurants were very friendly. I have no complaints; it was one of the best service experiences I’ve had in Puerto Rico.
