Absolutamente tudo. Hotel incrível para estadia em Capri. Do atendimento na chegada a todo apoio durante a estadia e no checkout, fomos muito bem tratados pela Silvia, assim como por todos os funcionários da jardinagem, limpeza e cozinha. Silvia foi extremamente atenciosa. O café da manhã é delicioso, os quartos espaçosos e extremamente confortáveis, localização privilegiada. Hotel perfeito! Recomendamos e quando voltarmos à Capri ficaremos novamente no Pazziella.

Everything was perfect. The staff were super friendly, the room was absolutely gorgeous - the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was a added bonus.
