9.4This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym. Compliments to everybody who works at Hotel Jardines de Nivaria, and thank you so much for making us feel so very welcome last week.

The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff Yidan from the restaurant was amazing . I would definitely stay here again in the future.
