We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome. The check-in process was smooth, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of from the start. A special thank you to Noon and Tyne at breakfast ,they were attentive, friendly, and made our mornings even more enjoyable. Amazing location. Unbelievable views which include elephants and a beautiful nature and greenery. Atmosphere is simply very elegant and with an excellent vibe. Incredible value. Noise level is very chill: only a soft musical vibe which does not overrule the amazing nature and animal sounds. Service is the best part: off the charts. I was given excellent service by Dream, Samorn, Noon, Tyne.
