9.0"Amazing stay at another great SLH property"
We had a wonderful stay at this property during our recent trip to Matera. The accommodations were absolutely lovely — our room was spotless and beautifully chic, with thoughtful design touches that made it feel both stylish and comfortable. The breakfast spread each morning was a real highlight — a delicious array of options that set us up perfectly for a day of exploring the Sassi. And the staff went above and beyond throughout our stay, warm, attentive, and genuinely excellent from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Matera — we’d stay again in a heartbeat.

We had the loveliest stay at Sant'angelo. The staff were so responsive, kind and helpful from the very beginning. The service was really exceptional. The rooms and property are very special here, each room is unique and different from each other. It's a very special place. A/C worked well during the recent heat wave and the stay was very comfortable. We were only here one night but I would have loved to stay two and enjoy the property/rooms even more and explore Matera more.
