9.0La disponibilité du personnel, les petites attentions tous les jours, la propreté des lieux. Le petit déjeuné est plus que diversifiés. Il s’adresse à tous ( intolérance lactose/gluten/vegétarien etc). Tout était simplement parfait ! Je recommande mille fois !
הגישה בקבלה מהרגע שהגענו היו מסבירי פנים, נעימים וסבלניים. נתנו לנו הסברים מפורטים על אופציות לטייל ופעילויות במדיירה. המלצה למסלול טיול יום באי היתה מצוינת והטיול עצמו היה כיפי ויותר ממש שציפינו אפילו. ביום האחרון יצאנו לטיול יום שלם, חזרנו בערב ואחרי צ'ק אאוט היו מאוד שירותיים להשתמש במתקני המלון להתארגן ליציאה לשדה התעופה.
