The service was attentive throughout our stay, and the food was excellent. A special thank you to Chef Shanmu, who went above and beyond to organise special meals to accommodate my wife’s restricted diet. His care and attention made a real difference and were greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Heritance Kandalama and would happily stay again.
Read more ↓Great hotel and beautiful scenery! Very friendly staff. The level 7 set menu restaurant was amazing! Best meal we had in Sri Lanka with gluten free options. It should definitely be promoted more. We noticed it was harder to find - more signs on level 5 and 6 would help!
The mini fridge in our room was a little old and looked dirty. The infinity pool was beautiful but it was also very busy with limited pool chairs.
