9.0Lizbeth and the rest of the staff were welcoming, kind and so accommodating! I enjoyed one of the best massages I’ve had - thank you Luce! The rooms were clean and well stocked. The beds were really comfortable and the A/C worked well too. There were a few minor problems that were attended to right away and we were offered a room update without hesitation. A highly recommended resort!
