9.8"Family vacation location that results in great memories"
The resort is situated by the sea with many amenities and a gated entrance. The Villas are large, private and have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Many hours spent in our private pool or at the penthouse gym where you can watch the whales breach while working out. What makes this a special place for our family is the friendly, dedicated and professional care from our assigned butler, Daniel. Every year he goes out of his way to make ur family stay a great experience and we consider him a friend.

We have been coming to Hacienda Encantada for almost 20 years, the last 10 or so in the Residences. For the last 3 years we have been lucky to have Daniel Morales as our butler. Daniel is terrific. He checked in on us several times a day, asking how he could help us enjoy our time more. He made dinner reservations both on and off property, he helped us arrange a delightful sailing trip, and he was always unbelievably cheerful and helpful. Daniel always makes our trips more enjoyable.
