9.2The staff is amazing! The guests weren’t so friendly…likely because my fiancé and I probably don’t look like people they feel could afford to stay at the same resort they booked, but rude all the same. The staff and locals made up for it…they made us feel right at home every time we left the resort, starting with the taxi service the resort arranged for us each trip into the city.

The setting and style of the architecture at this hotel was fantastic. Lovely private beach and big swimming pool. The actual hotel rooms and common areas have not been renovated in some time though. Quite a dated feel, especially in the bathroom of our hotel room. The staff were all fantastic, they are so polite and helpful and the hotel run like a well oiled machine. The tennis and Padel courts were a great addition that we used every day but the indoor and outdoor gyms could do with some modernising/updating.
