9.4Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Santhiya koh chang und es war wieder einfach herrlich! Die Architektur, die Natur, das Personal und das hervorragende Frühstück überzeugen uns immer wieder um hierher zu kommen!
Resortet er ved at være af ældre dato. Nogle ting er lidt slidt, men der arbejdes løbende med vedligeholdelse. Der er stadigt smukt og dejligt, men kan forestille mig hvor prangende det har været som nyt. Helhedsindtrykket er dog stadig godt, og kan sagtens anbefale et ophold her

Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children from 2 years old to 11 years old stay for THB 450 per person per night when using an available extra bed. People 12 years old and over stay for THB 2,000 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Important information
Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking, together with a valid passport, when checking in at the hotel. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name on the passport and reservation. Please note that the resort provides transfer services by speedboat and car between Trat Airport and the property at an additional charge. For more information, please contact the property directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 3,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note: • Compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner on 31st December. Guests are required to make the payment directly with the resort team or book via e-mail at treekohchang@santhiya.com for Santhiya Koh Chang Resort. • Child aged 0–1 year stays free of charge when sharing with an adult. • Child aged 2–11 years will be charged THB 1,500++ per person. • Adult aged 12 years and above will be charged THB 3,000++ per person. Guests booking promotion Free Resort Credit will receive a room with daily breakfast and a 1,000 THB/room/night Resort Credit, which can only be applied to dining and spa services during the current stay and cannot be redeemed for cash. Benefit for booking made on 15 January 2026 onwards for stays between 24 December 2026 – 6 January 2027: Guests will receive THB 2,000 resort credit per night (Applicable for Dining, and spa services — excluding Gala Dinner service on 31 December) Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
