9.0From start to finish, everything was amazing: beautiful views, clean and spacious room with a balcony overlooking a grove of trees, a pool that was perfect for relaxing and cooling off, and of course, the staff members were fantastic - professional, helpful, friendly, and always ready to offer assistance and a smile! The restaurant served delicious, authentic Thai meals (the khantoke dinner was excellent) and the buffet breakfast offered a large variety of tasty food. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The staffs are awesome, they are very helpful. You can literally ask for anything and they will arrange it for you. they greatly facilitated our transport issues. The hotel is nestled in nature and 2 days were not enough to explore the property, it was sooo huge. The pool is the highlight, never experienced such a beautiful pool with heated jacuzzi. The food also was very good. the best mango sticky rice with ice cream is a must try
The room is a little outdated and need some renovations. More continental options for breakfast, else everything is perfect
