9.2When we checked in on our own pre-tour, Adell was very kind and gracious. He explained everything well and guided us with food options. We had to recheck in the next day with the tour pkg and he even remembered our name/room so we didn’t have to switch rooms.
Gusti at the front desk was very welcoming and helped us get our room earlier as opposed to 3pm. He was very professional and kind. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!
