働くすべての人たちが親切で誠実。観光の中心地でこれほどのホテルに宿泊できるとは思わなかった。まる1ヶ月イタリアを旅行しましたが、間違いなくここは最高のホテルでした。・できる限りいろいろ融通をきかせてくださる・朝ごはんも満足度が高い・誕生日に訪れたら、サプライズプレゼントをいただいて感動した・テラスから見る景色は絶景最高すぎる・天国のようなホテルだと感じた・受付の女性、ルームクリーニングのスタッフ、バーカウンターの男性、すべてのスタッフが親切で、にこやかで神がかっていた・部屋は素晴らしく清潔でシャワーの温度や水圧に悩まされることもなかった。シャワーは水はけも良く快適だった。・猛暑日だったが、クーラーがよく効いていて、自分で調節もでき、夜は寒すぎず、室温まで快適だった様々な旅をしてきたが、日本の旅館以外でここまで満足度が高いホテルはヨーロッパで初めてでした。素晴らしい思い出をありがとうございます。1番悔やまれるのはここにたった1日しか滞在しなかったことでした。
