no VIP benefit was mentioned at the desk or labelled in the room. it was a great vacation place, but we changed to an apartment in the old town of Funchal to be walking distance to touristy activities.

"Amazing hotel for family holidays "

Very nice hotel, nice staff, well maintained, clean, spacious bedroom, nice shower, very good gym, very good breakfast. Only negative point is regarding the limited spaces at parking.
