מיקום טוב, ארוחת בוקר טובה, חדר מרווח מאוד ובו פינת ישיבה, יש מקרר, מכונת קפה, כספת. יש גם חדר כביסה לאורחי המלון בתשלום נמוך (2 דולר לכיבוס ו-2 דולר לייבוש). זרם המים במקלחת מעולה.
ישנו חניון למלון, אך המחיר גבוה מדי לדעתי - 31 דולר ליום. לילה ראשון - לא מנקים את החדר.
