8.2"Disney-quality service from Daeveon!"
Daeveon was AMAZING! We came in with a group in different waves, different flights, different arrival times, reservation oddities - you name it, we had it. And we had all that after a day that saw 5-7 hours of flight delays for the group. Daeveon treated us all like we were the first and most important guest of the day, finding solutions when we felt despair, turning our chaos into calm. And he made it look easy! Hotel was very clean and a great aesthetic. But truly, Daeveon made the experience.
