8.4The reason my wife and I keep coming back are the staff like Cecilia, Antonio, and especially our favorite staff member Armando at the Preferred Club pool. He makes you feel like you are royalty. This includes Karla at the pool. Wait staff like Omar. It's not so much the resort itself. The old lady is starting to show her wear but it's the people I mentioned that make this resort. I encourage everyone to give Jade a chance. If you do make sure you eat at least once at Mercure you won't regret it!
Read more ↓Everything was exceptional! Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond with requests or assistance. The room was in very clean and in great condition. Temp was set to a cool temperature during entire stay and helped with dealing with the heat and humidity. Pool was also very exceptional and perfect with ample space to swim and relax. The spa services were above and beyond as well. A very private and intimate setting and amazing services. 11/10!
