What an amazing hotel . First time in Maderia and we definitely stayed at the best hotel . The staff were so friendly and helpful . Nothing was too much trouble for them . The room was excellent. We went for a sea view and definitely worth the extra money . The bed was so comfy . The breakfast was the best ever , so much to choose from . We also had lunch round the pool a couple of days and that was lovely . I loved this hotel and Maderia so much . Will be back again definitely. Make sure you visit . You will not be disappointed.

We had a great time a this hotel, every member of staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious, it also had a fridge which was useful. The breakfast was one of the best we have had, even though it was busy everything was restocked in a timely manner and the quality was good. The omelette station was a bonus with each omelette being cooked to order and the chef was cheerful and helpful.
