8.4Bellissima struttura, molto ben curata. Spettacolare la piscina. Personale cortese e disponibile. Unico appunto, che non pregiudica la valutazione: è capitato che gli addetti della struttura litigassero tra loro di fronte agli ospiti.
Struttura carina ma poco curata, accogliemza pessima, personale impreparato con ritardi di quasi due ore per l'assegnazione della camera; personale incompetente e poco professionale, pulizia al limite della sufficienza, colazione molto scarsa con poca varietà di cibo e anche in questo caso il personale non riusciva a gestire la pulizia dei tavoli venendo a mancare piatti, tazze, ecc; bevande calde non servite al tavolo, ridicolo per una struttura a 4 stelle, caffè espresso servito nel bicchiere di plastica. Esperienza complessiva mediocre con una sufficienza risicata. Non ci tornerò.
