7.8A személyzet nagyon kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész (Thalia extrém kedves). Bármilyen programmal, szolgáltatással kapcsolatban szívesen adtak információt, sőt, foglalást intéztek. A szoba tiszta volt, nagyon szép a kilátás. Hangulatos saját medencéje van. Az ételek teljesen rendben voltak.
A közös mosdók időnként koszosak voltak, bár lehet, hogy ez inkább a vendégek értékelésébe való.

I liked staff ! Very frendly people.I would espesially like to note Diana from kitchen staff, Thalia , Dimitrios ,Ionas and housekeepers staf on 5th floor.Basically all hotel's team works awesome. The cooks in the kitchen very taste food.
