The property was very clean and a a very good size. We overlooked the car park , not great but ok. We were never advised about the building work at the Natura Palace. However this was a minor issue as the hours were not bad. The other issue again was being charged for Air conditioning, I’ve looked back and it never mentioned we were going to be charged, it was free for first night but that was it. I originally booked another apartment but changed it to Palmeras gardens because of the air condition. I feel it’s something that shouldn’t be charged for
