8.7La ubicaión es fabuloa, pues queda caminando el centro de xalapa, y hay muchos lugares para comer y visistar. Abajo del hotel hay un cafe, muy economico y muuy rica la comida de ahí, me encanto, todos los dias algo distinto, Muy comoda la habitación y supeeer amplia.
No me aceptaron el pago con tarjeta de las noches de hospedaje, tuve que realizar transferencia.

La decoración de la habitación y qué tiene la posibilidad de oscurecer durante el día para poder descansar. Y que el estacionamiento es gratuito y está muy práctico el acceso al hotel.
No teníamos hielo y no mostraron ninguna intención de ayudar a resolverlo.
