I really enjoyed this hotel except the mattress was too hard for me and my husband. We would have liked a more comfortable bed. The style was beautiful and exotic and extremely clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want something different than the traditional style hotel, this is the place. Also very centrally located.
Read more ↓This hotel is conveniently located near downtown and also Paseo Montejo. We walked to all the places from the hotel and the personnel from the hotel is very nice. We arrived at 11:30 pm and Albert received us, he was very helpful with information, Jaime also was very good. Sofia the masseuse is excellent.
