Everything was more than perfect starting with the staff (Mr. Ahmed Youssef, Miss. Nancy, Mr. Joseph, Mr. Hany, Chef. Ahmed, Chef. Saber, Mr. Youssef and the animation team). This is what really differentiates this hotel vs. other hotels, the staff is so friendly, respectful, responsive, professional. The food was perfect, great variety with high quality. The price is high, but what I can assure that you will get a great value for money in terms of facilities, hospitality, cleanliness, location and food.

iedereen was zo ontzettend vriendelijk en deed hun super best om het je naar de zin te maken. Van de receptie tot housekeeping, van animatie tot restaurants. Vorig jaar verbleven wij in Jaz Elite Asteria in Sahl hashees, persoonlijk vond ik deze beter en gezelliger. Dit hotel is knusser qua layout. Het is eten is lekker en genoeg keuze, alles wordt goed bijgehouden en schoongemaakt. Wij komen hier zeker terug.
