9.6"Perfect place to stay!"
The Maquenque lodge is a beautiful place to stay, in the middle of the nature. There are Hundred of birds, kaaiman, crocodile, frogs, snakes, spiders, Coatí's, Agoeti's and more.... We recommend de boat tour Rio San Carlos with Marco the guide en Joey de captain. You can make the reservation on the Maquenque lodge. They offer a lot of trips. We also did the nighttour with our guide Luis. The restaurant is also nice, de waiter Henry was very kind.

When booking the lodge, I was not convinced it would live up to the glowing reviews it has. However, I can see why so many people loved to stay here. Everything about the resort was fantastic, however, what really stood out was the customer service and the friendly staff. Everyone we came across, was friendly and eager to help. We saw so many different animals around the resort as well as on the tours. Would we come back again? 100%!
