Honeymoon suite was very tidy and clean,the in room spa was so relaxing,they cater for cigarette smokers and that was a big plus.loved it will stay here again,I'll try a different room next time.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The spa was a great way to relax, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient and close to Rotorua attractions
The only downside was there were quite a few ants in our room. Everything else about our stay was good.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for NZD 10 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 12 years old stay for NZD 25 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
