9.4I traveled alone to Costa Rica, without family or friends, and didn’t know anyone there. Even so, I felt truly welcomed by the hotel staff. They were always kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The food is absolutely delicious. The housekeeping service is excellent as well; if you’d like, they can tidy your room every day. Everything is very clean, and the atmosphere is so warm and cozy that it made me feel right at home. I would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
