We gave a lot of thought to which hotel to choose for the final of our trip to Portugal. Bela Vista was the best decision we could have made! It offered a beachfront location, a beautiful historic building, excellent service, rooms with a sea view, wonderful food, a spa where you just want to linger, and—above all—the people: we felt so welcome and warmly received. The staff all exceptional, the service and best of all the Vista restaurant. Worthy of 3 Michelin stars not 1. The chef is amazing the seafood tasting menu incredible. I am not a seafood lover but enjoyed every single thing. The crab doughnut out of this world. Feel so lucky to have experienced the meal. Lovely chef who takes his work seriously and everyone makes you feel so welcome.
