Stayed at citizenM for just one night but it’s now on the top of my list for my next visit to KL. Great location and comfortable rooms. The coffee and breakfast was a huge plus :)

Catching the monorail, it was located between two stations. Staff were very helpful checking in, out and during the stay. Breakfast had a range of western options (bread, eggs, fruit, yoghurt, cereal) which is good if you want to lower the mental load in the morning. A DJ was playing an outdoor set nearby but the noise didn’t carry into the room.
I arrived late, and left early so I didn’t experience anything I didn’t like.
