9.4"Absolute gem. "
This is a wonderful hotel set back from the very busy beach front in a beautiful garden setting centered around a lovely pool. The staff are all incredible. Friendly and professional. We were offered a lovely upgrade which was fabulous. If I am to comment on one negative it’s that hotel guests do not respect the sign to “shower” before dipping into the pool! Showers are provided but clearly ignored and management should find a way to get the message through. Food is delicious, garden is spectacular and our suite was large and beautifully furnished. Will definitly return.
Read more ↓A lovely hotel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We have now visited 8 times so that speaks for itself. The village is small and safe. This time we ate at the hotel which is excellent but there are lovely restaurants close by too. The bus stops outside the hotel so it’s easy to visit nearby pollenca or port de Pollenca. We will be back soon!
