The swimming pool is in the middle of the 2-bedroom complex with plenty of space for extra mattresses if you have more than 4 people. Lovely beach, almost no other people but your group and the local fishermen.
Also the swimming pool. Located in the middle of the house means water splashing constantly makes the floor wet.
