9.3"Exceptional staff, clean and tidy rooms"
Had a wonderful and seamless experience at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Dita and Audrey who were very accommodating of our needs (super important when travelling with a baby). Rooms were beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Good location, close to the tram. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was incredible. From the moment we checked in till checkout we had the most beautiful stay. We got upgraded to a stunning room with a spa bath overlooking the harbour. We were always greeted nicely and reception helped with any inquiry. Would recommend the harvest buffet breakfast too! The best selection

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 2 years old and over stay for AUD 80 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
