9.0"All in a great experience, as expected from the Grand Hyatt hotels."
The location was quite central, although you have to drive to most places. It was easy to grab a fast food meal, pick up simple items from a convenience store, or go for a stroll. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. We had a lovely view from the rooms (both sea and city views). Parking was easy as well.
Driving to the hotel (depending on your direction) can be challenging, as one of the junctions requires a fairly sharp turn. If you are unfamiliar with the roads, pay careful attention. Aside from that, all is good.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast has lots of choice. The pool was lovely. The views were out of this world. We looked onto the volcano from our room and the other side could be seen from the pool.
It would have been good to have western style porridge as an option as well as hot chocolate. However there was plenty of options for other breakfasts and drinks. A pool bar would have been nice!
