8.9"Goed appartement, midden in het levendige pietermaai."
De appartementen zijn enigzins simpel/basic, maar alles wat je wil is er, en er is zelfs bij een korte huurperiode een schoonmaak halverwege, echt top. Het is een appartement, met open keuken en relatief open badkamer. De ligging is werkelijk perfect, middenin in pietermaai, en leuke cafes en restaurant beginnen op 25 meter van de voordeur. Mooier kan bijna niet. Je kan als je thuis bent lekker op de porch zitten, die kijkt uit op de weg, daar zie je van alles. De prijs / kwaliteitsverhouding is perfect.
Vloer in badkamer is een beetje defect.
