La ubicación es perfecta, comunicación muy fluida con la administración de los apartamentos, el apartamento en concreto que era de vista lateral al mar tiene la ventaja de que no le toca el sol directamente.
La ducha que es demasiado pequeña y como la cortina no llega al suelo todo queda mojado. Al estar situado en un callejón se escucha mucho a la gente hablando alto, sobre todo las noches del fin de semana.
