I had a great experience staying at Citymax Hotel, Business Bay, UAE. First of all the rooms are very spacious as compared to other hotels. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. I was here for 5 nights and felt very comfortable and at home. My special thanks and appreciation to Mr Ihab and Ms Lovely for going out of the way in extending their hospitality and customer service to make me comfortable. Many thanks. Food is fantastic - Wok serves some wonderful sea food worth trying.

My check in and Check out were very smooth and front desk incharge Mr. Sanjay was very cooperative. Foods are truly continental and entire staff were serving with smile. Me. Mohmmad in F&B was simply superb. Only complain is during my three nights stay I had to reminded multiple time for room cleaning to housekeeping department. Rest all good including location.
