The hotel is central, modern and high quality. However, it is the staff who make it, they couldn’t be more warm, welcoming and helpful. They seemed to genuinely care that you had a great stay in their hotel and in Malaysia. Definitely above and beyond.

Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children from 1 year old to 4 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 6 years old to 12 years old stay for MYR 34.50 per person per night when using an existing bed. People 1 year old and over stay for MYR 128 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.
