9.8"Courteous stuff and beautiful hotel"
I absolutely loved staying at Waldorf Astoria RM: it felt like heaven. There isn’t enough words to describe how beautiful and pristine the property is. More importantly everyone from the staff was welcoming and beyond thoughtful. I was especially thankful for Ale, Cinthia and Esperanza who are in charge of healthy corner where they hold activities for kids and adults. It was a perfect place to connect with other guest and for kids to make friends. That was a place my family felt the most home away from home :)

This was a return trip for my husband's birthday. The level of service was astounding and it was nice to see familiar faces. There's plenty of things to do on property so we never had to step foot off the resort. From mezcal/beer tastings with Jorge, arts & crafts with Esperanza and Cinthia, spa time with Alejandro, Connie and Brenda, to DJ and live entertainment in the evenings, days are fulfilled to prepare you for a good night's rest. We have deemed this property our yearly birthday destination. Until next year!
