We were very pleased with our stay at this resort, now called Dreams Cap Cana. The staff were so friendly which made our visits to the pools, beach, restaurants and bars very comfortable. Specific staff members Alvero, Felix, Naftaly and Elisa stand out as great examples of the welcoming, friendly and helpful personnel that we encountered. The pools, beach and rooms were clean. With the low number of guests, we often felt like we had the pools and beach to ourselves. We would definitely visit again. Highly recommend!
Read more ↓This property is now Dreams Cap Cana (under the Hyatt properties). It was amazing! Starting with our helpful Concierge Jorge who took great care of us! Franklin- bartended every evening in the Preferred Bar and seeing Geidy and Ruth each morning at the Buffet (greeting us by name!) was a joy! Highly recommend Dreams Cap Cana in Punta Cana!
