7.4Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the property is perfect close enough to the beach to walk but far enough away from the tourist alley to be quiet. The lighting design was strange as was the glass bathroom doors but it is overall a nice property and well equipped. I only took one star away from the property condition rating for having a balcony guardrail that was loose and potentially dangerous but this may be fixed by the time the next person rents that particular unit. Unit 411. I can't speak to the condition of any other unit because every one is individually owned.
Read more ↓The first place we booked cancelled on us right when we landed in Mexico and we booked it a month ahead of time. I had Kaab saved in my favorites so I booked it from the cab leaving the airport. We lucked out! What a great place! Will book here in the future because my wife loves Playa Del Carmen. A quick walk to tons of great restaurants and shopping, but far enough away that it felt secluded and quiet. Absolutely perfect
