7.8My son and I had a lovely time here for his birthday. I was initially disappointed because the property was listed as oceanfront but it definitely was not. It was however right down the street from Smith’s Reef where we had the best snorkeling experience of our lives. Communication with Michael was seamless and he was a pleasure. The condo was beautifully kept and had everything we needed. Will stay again whenever we make it back to Turks and Caicos!

The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and stay. A few minor improvements could make it a perfect five-star experience—perhaps some additional amenities or a little extra attention to detail in certain areas. Overall, though, I’d highly recommend this place and would gladly stay again!
